Failure, mismanagement, corruption and lies clearly pay dividends in Thistle Housing as those who caused all the investigations are still in place, except for the ones who have mysteriously ‘vanished’ with no explanation at all such as Jim Naismith, the Finance Officer who has not been seen for months, Thistle’s door locks were immediately replaced following his ‘absence’ and yet the hundreds of thousands of pounds missing and queries by residents remains deliberately unexplained.
