12 July 2017, this block scaffolded for a year but no workforce for months. Not bad for a job promised to take 12 to 14 weeks. Thistle stays silent.

First Minister sees the substandard work and hears the sorry tales from residents in the street. E.ON then makes more vacuous promises which quickly disappear like mist in the wind just like their invisible workforce. Thistle stays silent.
Thistle keeps EVERYTHING secret. No website. No online presence. Why? Does someone have a dark secret? “…new schedule”? That worked out well. Again. Thistle stays silent.
Now months later, still not finished, still no completion dates. Thistle stays silent.
The never ending, never finished, mismanaged, botched contract padded out with phony dates, stories and fibs. Thistle stays silent.
The Rutherglen Reformer is dismayed at Thistle’s lack of management ability and the infantile excuses offered. Thistle stays silent.
